| The Fat-TrapTM
microwave liner has a temperature-resistant surface designed for microwave
cooking. The foodstuff is placed under the absorbent top drape and both
surfaces absorb and trap the hot fat generated during cooking to provide
crisp, clean, healthier and safe-to-handle food direct from the oven. The
Fat-TrapTM
microwave liner has the added benefit of preventing the fat from spitting
over the internal panels of the microwave keeping the surfaces clean and

susceptor pad is both an absorbent pad and microwave susceptor designed to
crispen food as well as remove liquid and fat before and during cooking.
It has a perforated top surface allowing the fat to flow freely through
into an absorbent base.
